Start inside an operating company.
Our graduate and internship programmes place new starters directly into an operating company - Wagwago Electric, Current Engineering, Wanza Express and others - under a named supervisor, with a structured path toward a permanent role. Most of our current engineers and technicians came through one of these programmes first.

Join a live team and work on real operating priorities rather than a simulated rotation or classroom-only exercise.

Each starter has a clear point of contact responsible for context, feedback and day-to-day support throughout the placement.
