WHAT YOU WILL DO
Drive production efficiency and maintain quality standards.
Manage daily production.
Oversee the assembly line to ensure production targets are met on time.
Ensure quality.
Implement rigorous quality control checks at every stage of the assembly process.
Train and mentor.
Provide ongoing training and support to assembly technicians and operators.
Optimize workflows.
Identify bottlenecks and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency.
